Welcome to the quirky world of Welsummer!

Our 2 Bathrooms are rustic but comfortable, stylish and clean. Each side has 2 loos, 2 sinks and 2 showers. Our hot water is heated by a brand new array of Solar panels and topped up by our faithful woodburning stove which is fired by locally sourced wood. There is a changing table in one of the bathrooms and we do have a baby bath, so please let us know if you will be needing baby facilities.

Our Reception area is currently restricted to keep gathering under cover to a minimum but in good times  and a small shop offering an eclectic selection of camping items such as grills and tent pegs plus good hot coffee, herbal tea and sometimes ice cream and smoothies! We also stock the fabulous apple juices from our local farm Chegworth Valley. 

You can mostly find us here to check in, check out, chat and get local info and you can pick up fresh eggs at the egg box on the wall. We also have a charging point for phones, which when the sun is shining uses the free solar energy!

Washing up sinks have hot water and cold water is from the mains so drinkable.

Fires. Each pitch or glamping unit will have its own dedicated fireplace. Some have a firebowl some are ground fires. New grills for cooking as well as firewood, kindling and firelighters can be purchased from us.

The Kitchen cupboard. This is a small shed filled with dining and cooking gear for use by our guests in glamping and cabins. There is a mixture of picnic gear and china, glasses and corkscrews, plus a selection of pans for use on the fires and some really lovely cast iron frying pans dutch ovens and cookpots with tripod.
