Weekends are so much fun at Welsummer. We are generally full, though small as we are the evenings buzz with activity and the smell of many delicious feasts cooking mingle with the sounds of the children's laughter and the hen's cackles.

Weekdays are quieter and the peaceful atmosphere at Welsummer is really relaxing. The woods are quiet but for the sound of a green woodpecker or the creaking of a tree, and lying out in the field, eyes to the sky is a dream for a tired mind.
